The EnGenius EDS8012 Wireless 2.4 GHz IP Surveillance System is an affordable alternative to conventional surveillance deployments. Long-range wireless point-to-point surveillance networks offer a variety of benefits including lower hardware infrastructure and reduced maintenance costs. Additionally, the EDS8012 also enhances or expands an existing point-to-multipoint installation by directing it toward a centralized Access Point, offering the potential to speed deployments while saving reconfiguration time and costs.

- High-gain 13 dBi antenna extends wireless connections up to 5-miles point-to-point
- 802.11n wireless speeds to 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz; to 90 Mbps at ½ mile for streaming surveillance video
- Ultra-wide angle 1 MP lens captures high-resolution images over broader areas
- Removable IRC filter and built-in IR LED illuminators for day/night monitoring in low light or total darkness
- 360-degree 3-axis pivoting arm on AP locks for precise alignment, includes pole mounting kit and cable management
