The Yealink T38Gis a future-proof 6-line Gigabit VoIP phone. The T38G is a perfect office solution with HD Voice, a 4.3" Color TFT-LCD screen and PoE support.
The Yealink T38G is the perfect combination of efficiency and style. Six SIP lines with BLF offer plenty of options for users with high call traffic. The large 4.3 in. color LCD screen with XML support offers businesses many options and functionality at their users' fingertips. Wideband audio ensures better than excellent sound quality and EHS support means even the heaviest users can use the T38G comfortably with a headset even while away from their desk.
This particular addition to the SIP-T3 series is for managers with demanding collaborative communication needs. Created for businesses looking to future proof their systems, the T38G is designed for Gigabit Ethernet based networks. Power over Ethernet, auto-provisioning for mass deployments, and security standards such as TLS, SRTP, HTTPS, 802.1x, Open VPN and AES encryption puts this phone at the top of any manager's radar.

Good phone for the price
This feature rich phone is a great phone for the price. Highly configurable.
5 stars phone
I installed over 100 T38G in dec 2011, not even a single unit was defective. Not a problem with any of the units since installation.
-User friendly, Easy to use, not much learning required
-Tech friendly, Easy to configure and support.
-Nice design in general
-Large screen and a lot of function key
-Low Price VS Cisco/Polycom comparable units
-Speaker phone is really good
Cisco comparable units cost way more and are more fragile. Many friends of mine switch from Cisco to Yealink after seeing my T38G's. Also keep in mind that when using anything else then 100% cisco enviroment, including switch and PBX, you get NO support from Cisco.
Excellent phones
- easy to configure
- excellent speakerphone
- solid feel
I know a local provider that has installed literally thousands of Yealink phones in local school systems and has nothing but good things to say about them. I have only install about 15 (mainly T28p and a couple of T38G) and they have all worked very well.
To "voip guru" - be professional and quit insulting others in your reviews. I have never had a Yealink break in any form.
cheap cisco knock-off
- tab broke durring initial assembly.
- no handset hook for wall mounting.
- no native bluetooth.
- design copied Cisco.
- paper lables for button, wtf?
- ignorant users will think its great!
- cheap prices, looks ok, does the job, we will see how long it lasts.
Love these
Inexpensive, reliable, attractive, easy to provision. These work great with the Yealink EHS36 units with the Jabra PRO 9xxx series headsets!
