The Cisco 562 Two-Ear Wireless Headset comes with a multibase station that includes features that enhances your user experience. You can easily answer phone calls with on-ear controls on the headset including answer, end call, hold/resume (for multiple calls), mute, volume up, and volume down. The Cisco 562 allows you to wander up to 300 feet away from the base while maintaining superior audio. The Cisco Multibase station includes two USB-A cables for USB connectivity as well as one RJ9/11 Y cable for use with Cisco IP phones. An optional USB-C cable can be purchased to use the headset with USB-C compatible products.
