The ACTi KCM-3311 PoE ExDR is a perfect retail dome camera - resolution up to 4-Megapixel together with optical zoom and auto focus. As it does not carry additional needless features, it is especially suitable for budget sensitive projects. You can save money while enjoying the same video quality as the full-featured models. The KCM-3311 supports selectable H.264, MPEG-4, and MJPEG compressions with dual streaming. It features a P-Iris, Extreme Dynamic Range (ExDR), and 2D+3D Digital Noise Reduction.
