Q: I have a VXI Tria P DC headset. I also have a NEC that has a connection for the handset as well as the headset. The issue is when the headset is plugged in I don't know how to answer the incoming calls nor can I hear the dial tone. the headaset did not come with a lifter for the handpiece so I am wondering if this is the problem. Can you help me figure out how to answer incoming calls and/or hear a dialtone.
A: It may not be compatible with your NEC phone. You may want to check with NEC to verify
Q: Hello, I have Polycom VOIP telephones in my office. I was wondering whether these headsets are compatible with my phones, and whether they directly plug into the phones (i.e. do I need to purchase adapters)? Thank you!
A: You can check this site by putting in the make and model of the phone. It will also tell you if you need any additional cords
