With integrated volume boost in the J129 Handset, you'll be able to hear crystal audio from anyone. 

“3PCC” models are optimized at the factory for use on Open SIP platforms such as Broadsoft and Zang Office.  They CAN NOT be used with Avaya Aura® and Avaya IP Office™.
