Vivotek IP8172P Fixed Network Box Camera

The Vivotek IP8172P is a 5 Megapixel, day and night, PoE, box indoor IP camera with Full HD 1080p resolution at a smooth 30 frames per second. The IP 8172P has a 2.8~12mm vari-focal, DC iris lens with a P-iris that precisely controls the iris with a built-in stepper motor and Focus Assist technology from Vivotek to help users adjust the lens to bring the image into optimal focus. The IP8172P has day and night functionality with a removable IR cut filter and the 1/2.5" CMOS sensor lends itself to Vivotek's WDR Enhancement technology for unparalleled visibility in extremely dark or bright circumstances, making this IP camera an excellent choice for areas such as loading docks, lobbies with large windows, or shopping malls. The IP8172P is perfect for analog/IP hybrid systems as it can connect directly to an analog monitor with a built in BNC connector.

The Vivotek IP8172P can have 3 simultaneous streams in H.264, MJPEG and MPEG-4 compression formats in up to 1920x1920 @ 15 fps. The IP8172P also features full duplex audio with a built-in microphone and a speaker output, 3 windows for video motion detection, scheduled profile settings, privacy masks, an SD/SDHC memory card slot, and live viewing for up to 10 clients.
