Avaya IX Conference Phone B199 Overview

The Avaya IX™ Conference Phone B199 delivers state of the art technology to any size conference room to significantly improve the conferencing experience for all meeting participants. Avaya's OmniSound® technology creates a natural sense of presence to sense meeting room participants and allow them to move freely around the conference room freely, allowing them to be heard wherever they are. The touch screen interface is user-friendly eliminating any roadblocks that tend to occur when setting up and managing your meeting. The B199 can be daisy-chained with three devices and also provides several options for easy device management and auto-provisioning. The Avaya® Conference Assistant App provides an easy way to control the conference phone, right at the tip of your fingers using your mobile device – tablet or smartphone.

What makes the Avaya IX Conference Phone B199 unique is by combining three digital microphones (which are effective with up to 20 meeting participants). By adding two Avaya Smart Microphones it expands the microphone range to 750 Square Feet (70 m2). For larger rooms, up to 970 Square Feet (70 m2). The B199 is the conference phone you need in your conference room today.
