The Sangoma H20 Monaural Headset is ideal for employees that have a Sangoma IP Phone at their workstation but want to utilize a softphone such as Zulu or Switchvox and take advantage of the features, such as 1:1 video calling. If a Sangoma IP Phone is unavailable, no need to worry all you need is a softphone application on your computer or laptop and an available USB port. Roam around the office and converse with your clients away from your desk up to 325 away (that's more than the length of a football field!). You can't forget about the LED indicator light on the Sangoma H20 Headset either, no more interruptions while you're on a call. The H20 Headset is perfect for call centers, real estate offices, remote users, work from home employees, and enterprises as well.

What's the difference between the Sangoma H10 and H20 Headset?

The main difference is that the Sangoma H20 works with the Zulu and Switchvox Desktop Softphones across a standard USB connection to the computer. Whereas the Sangoma H10 only supports the S and D-series phones.
