• Industrial Design
  Industrial Design is one of the most critical stages of a successful product's evolution. Beyond functionality, the product must have efficient ergonomics and a user-friendly interface. CyberData has invested in "state of the art" design and solid modeling software so we can package your products artistically while maintaining reliability, dependability and ease-of-assembly.


• Mechanical Design
  Sheet metal design, cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, 2-D drawings, 3-D models and other mechanical design processes are all done in-house.


• Documentation Support
  We supply engineering schematics, PCB artwork, BOMs, functional product specifications, manuals, and all pertinent documentation to facilitate manufacturing, assembly and testing of each product. Each customer is provided a secure FTP site on our server where, through password control, documentation and associated support files are made available.


• Regulatory and Compliance Testing
  CyberData products adhere to each specific OEM's regulatory and compliance requirements. Before each product is officially submitted, preliminary emissions and ESD testing are performed at our location to ensure that all manufacturer's requirements are met. Our plant also accommodates a wide variety of manufacturing requirements - from production of printed circuit boards, subsystems and modules to the assembly of custom systems.

CyberData’s scalable manufacturing methodology allows production rates from low volume prototypes to high volume off-shore production.

Quality Assurance

At CyberData, we design-in quality! We begin with a functional specification that includes specific quality criteria, then we develop a customized Quality Assurance and Testing Plan for your product. Our QA procedures include vendor audits, incoming material inspections and internal manufacturing and assembly audits. A variety of production tests are also performed during the assembly process, such as burn-in testing and complete functional verification. We also provide routine first-article, reliability and environmental testing as required.
