  1. Tiếp nhận thông tin
  
  a. Lập hiện trạng hệ thống: Chuyên viên tư vấn của ZLINK lập hiện trạng hệ thống hiện tại của khách hàng
  
  b. Nhận yêu cầu : Chuyên viên tư vấn ZLINK ghi nhận đầy đủ yêu cầu của khách hàng.
  
  c. Đưa ra tư vấn ban đầu: Chuyên viên ZLINK đưa tư vấn về phương hướng xây dựng hệ thống để mang lại giá trị tối đa cho khách hàng. Khách hàng và chuyên viên tư vấn thống nhất định hướng trước khi đi qua bước tiếp theo.
  
  2. Khảo sát chi tiết:
  
  a. Cụ thể hóa các yêu cầu của khách hàng
  
  b. Khảo sát chi tiết hiện trạng
  
  3. Lập kế hoạch triển khai
  
  Chuyên viên ZLINK lập kế hoạch triển khai và xác nhận với khách hàng:
  
  4. Nghiệm thu, bàn giao thông tin
  
  Đội triển khai hoàn thành dự án, lập hồ sơ bàn giao theo quy định của ZLINK.
  
  5. Bảo trì định kỳ
  
  Sau khi bàn giao hệ thống, chuyên viên thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ và ghi nhật ký theo quy đinh công ty.

Most Obihai devices support Google Voice (not including the OBi302). Google Voice is a free call system where you receive a new phone number which allows you to make or receive calls from anywhere in the world. Google Voice* offers additional features such as voicemail, voicemail-to-email, call billing detail, call blocking, voicemail to text, and multi-party conference calling. Using Google Voice, you can use one numbers for all your calls and phone devices.

All Obihai products include OBiTALK web portal integration. OBiTALK offers you remote configuration and management of OBi endpoints. This can be a key selling point to Service Providers and VARs. It also allows you to add and configure multiple VoIP Service Providers to your OBi device. With OBiTALK you can download OBiON apps for smartphones and tablets and share your OBi's service with family and friends. There is really so much that you can do with your Obihai device.
