Overview
Patton’s Element Management System (EMS) and TR069 proxy server for the SmartNode 1XXX series of VoIP Gateways and Routers empowers service providers to efficiently and cost-effectively manage their VoIP networks. Patton EMS reduces SmartNode roll-out costs and enables monitoring capabilities to ensure smooth operations.

Provisioning and Administration

Auto-provisioning capabilities reduce roll-out costs
Backup and restore configurations for data security and failure recovery
Scheduled mass upgrades (“campaigns”) simplify the management of firmware releases in the field
Combining network and service specific configuration templates with customer specific parameters reduces setup and installa-tion time
Zero-touch installation in combination with special factory configuration or the Patton Redirection Server allows self-installation

Monitoring

Displays the status of multiple SmartNode accessed from a central location or several remote locations
A graphical representation of key operational indicators provides operators with at-a-glance status information for each SmartNode CPE
